A member of the National Association of Realtors and a real estate agent in the State of Maryland, I provide residential real estate services, selling, buying and renting properties to investors as well as individual homeowners. Whether a client is looking for a property to live in, or for an investment, I apply the same personal attention and in-depth knowledge of the local community and real estate market to be sure that you find just the right property for your needs. Real estate has been an integral part of our family business in southern Maryland for several years. In 1984, my husband Paul became the Broker-Owner of RE/MAX Choice Properties and was a Top Producer for many years. I joined Paul in 2001 as a member of his team and learned from an expert. Between 2003 and 2007 we developed the Ben Garner Active Adult Community in Solomons, MD, a pocket community of fourteen homeowners who demanded the best that a builder could provide. This experience provided me with a unique opportunity to draw on my years of sales and project management in telecommunications as I provided hands-on direction for the design and construction of the development working with surveyors, architects, vendors, designers, landscapers and builders at the same time as advertising and later selling the custom-designed houses to new clients.
