Additional system equipment installations. Plumbing skills include faucet repairs and replacement; toilets wax rings and ball cocks, shower heads, water filters and softeners. Garbage disposal repairs and replacement, Valve replacement and repairs. Pump replacement and repairs. Repairs to most kitchen equipment (residential and commercial), small appliances, laundry equipment (residential and commercial). Carpentry work, rough and finish. Painting, sheet rock, ceramic tile installation and repairs, basic welding. Swimming pool/Hot tub maintenance (testing, cleaning and chemicals). Heater, pumps and chemical pump equipment repairs. Computer installations, software installations, networking, repairs, trouble shooting and upgrades. Door locks repair and replacement. Both mechanical and electronic. Vehicle and small engine preventive maintenance. Maintain Life-Safety Systems, including fire pumps and sprinkler systems. Read and fully understand blueprints.
