RaWanda Goehring, ePro, GRI, I was born in Grangeville Idaho, we moved to McCall Idaho when my Dad took a job with the United States Forest Service – USFS and later the Bureau of Land Management – BLM. When I was in grade school we started moving… Anchorage Alaska, Yuma Arizona and Southern California but Grangeville was always “home”. All of our vacations were spent in the Grangeville area, visiting both sides of our family. In 2003, I moved back “home” to Central Idaho to raise my son in the small town atmosphere and to be near our relatives. I have worked for a title insurance company in customer service, subdivision, escrow and for a builder helping people plan and fulfill their dreams. I’ve bought and sold 4 homes prior to becoming a REALTOR® so I have been though “the process”. “All I can strive to be is the absolute best possible version of myself. ” There are aspects of real estate sales that seem pretty simple. I was born in Grangeville, Idaho, my father took a job with the Forest Service and later with the Bureau of Land Management. This moved us around to Alaska, Arizona and California. I was lucky enough to be able to move "home" to Idaho in 2004. It is important to me to be able to raise my son in a small town and Grangeville has 3300 people so that makes it easy to keep track of children. I have worked in real estate related industries most of my life; Title Company, Escrow, Building. I have purchased and sold 4 homes of my own so I know the ups and downs of the transactions. I take continuing education courses as often as possible so that I can serve my customers and clients in the best way possible. I recently finished an e-PRO certification course which was all about internet marketing. I feel that it is the way of the future for real estate.
