About:
With 20 years experience as a real estate broker, Nancy Bittker brings a wealth of expertise to her dealings. Her enthusiasm, warm personality and her no-nonsense approach have earned her the respect, praise and good reputation from former clients and colleagues alike. Nancy was born in Guayaquil, Ecuador and moved to the United States in 1980. Nancy began her real estate career in South Florida, listing and selling homes in the Boca Raton and greater Miami areas. She is bilingual, understands cultural differences and handles every transaction with diplomacy and finesse. Now a New Yorker, Nancy continues to pursue her life long passion of helping clients find spaces that suit their needs and fit their vision for the future. Nancy achieves this goal by working diligently with a deep understanding of the real estate market and what each neighborhood has to offer. Nancy balances her real estate career with volunteer projects. She is actively involved in empowering young girls in two small fishing villages in Ecuador, and raising money for education and small businesses. She has been a consistent sponsor of ChildFund International for over 25 years and is an active Field Partner of Doctors Without Borders. In her spare time, you can find Nancy walking her rescue dog Paco on the Upper East Side, where she owns her co-op apartment, or spinning at Equinox.
