Abstract:
A system, method, and wireless communication device that provide a mobile user with selective access to information based on a predefined trigger such as a user's vicinity. In an embodiment, selected information from a first wireless communication device of a communication group may be associated with a geographic location and stored. A portion of the information may be selectively transmitted to a second wireless communication device of the communication group when the second wireless communication device is determined to be proximate to the geographic location associated with the information. In one embodiment, the second wireless communication device may receive the information automatically based on trigger settings.
Exchange Of Location Information Using A Wireless Communication Device
Exemplary techniques for sending data packages that can include geographic information during group communication sessions between wireless telecommunication devices, such as push-to-talk communication sessions, are disclosed. In an embodiment the data packages are wirelessly transmitted by a communication device to a group communication server and then sent to other group members.

Abstract:
Embodiments are directed to selecting a physical layer for an access terminal's (AT's) participation in a communication session. In an embodiment, the AT can register its priorities for multiple physical-layer systems as well as contact information by which an application server can contact the AT over each system. The AT selectively updates the system prioritization and/or contact information. When the AT joins or initiates a communication session, the application server supports the AT on a highest-priority system through which the AT can be contacted. The system supporting the AT's session can change upon request by the AT, the initiative of the application server and/or a detected triggering event. In a further embodiment, multiple systems can be used concurrently to support the AT's session, such that the AT can send and/or receive signaling and/or media for at least a portion of the communication session over the multiple systems concurrently.
Vehicle-To-Everything Assisted Dynamic Calibration Of Automotive Sensors
Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A vehicle-based wireless device may receive a calibration availability message from a roadside unit identifying one or more calibration characteristics of a calibration object associated with the roadside unit. The vehicle-based wireless device may determine one or more sensor characteristics for a sensor of the vehicle and the vehicle. The vehicle-based wireless device may measure the one or more calibration characteristics of the calibration object using the sensor while the vehicle is within a defined range of the calibration object. The vehicle-based wireless device may perform a calibration procedure to calibrate the sensor based at least in part on the identified one or more calibration characteristics, the measured one or more calibration characteristics, and the one or more sensor characteristics.
