About:
Julie is a licensed real estate broker who has been providing uncompromising, personalized service to buyers, sellers and developers of in-city homes and properties for more than 20 years. Julie’s experience with multi-family and single-family real estate, coupled with her desire to see real estate become more personalized, gives her an advantage over many seller representatives. Julie understands the ins and outs of developing in an urban environment and knows what it takes to not just write a deal in the moment, but to close it after construction is completed. Her expertise lies in matching people and lifestyle with homes, and providing savvy, cost-conscious recommendations that will build revenue for the developer without sacrificing the needs of buyers. Selling urban hinges on market knowledge and smart exposure – and Julie has worked on some of the region’s largest and most successful urban communities. She repositioned and sold-out both Olive 8 in downtown Seattle, and Tribeca in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood. She launched the Four Seasons Private Residences and Thornton Place in Seattle, and also Washington Square in Bellevue. For the 2200 Condominiums in South Lake Union, Julie provided strategic counsel from project conception through the sales, closing and move-in process. Prior to locating to Seattle, Julie was the Sales and Marketing Director for Toll Brother Homes in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she was responsible for marketing campaign development and implementation, sales projections, pricing strategy, floor plan design, finish selection and sales team management for luxury single-family homes. She also has an extensive corporate background working for other national builders, such as Del Webb in Phoenix and Bosa Development in San Diego. Julie is an active member of the Seattle Condo Network, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Realtors, Seattle/King County Association of Realtors, Center for New Urbanism, Downtown Seattle Association, Friends of Waterfront Seattle, CREW, NAIOP, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
