Abstract:

A G-clamp comprising a frame having a fixed jaw at a first end and a sleeve with an internally threaded bore at a second end. An operating screw extends through the internally threaded bore of the sleeve. A moveable jaw is mounted on a first side of the operating screw opposite from the fixed jaw on the frame. A handle is mounted transversely in a sliding manner through a second side of the operating screw, so as to rotate the operating screw. A structure on the fixed jaw is for maintaining the distance between the fixed jaw and the sleeve, while increasing the length of the frame. This will keep the amount of manual turning the same when rotating the operating screw, to move the moveable jaw towards and away from the fixed jaw when clasping hard to reach articles together.

A gutter guard protector and anti-slip ladder device for a roof on a building comprising an assembly that is insertable into the gutter, for preventing the top portions of the side rails of the ladder from crushing the front segment of the gutter when placed against it. A structure on the assembly is for preventing the top portion of the side rails of the ladder from sliding off when placed thereagainst.

Abstract:

An improved paint can rim is provided and consists of a ring-like member, a scraping lip and a lid. The ring-like member fits on a paint can. The scraping lip has a pouring hole, is formed within the ring-like member and extends at a slight angle downwardly into the paint can to allow a paint brush to remove excess paint therefrom. The pouring hole allows the paint within the paint can to exit easily when the paint can is tipped over. The lid is removably attached to the ring-like member to seal the paint can.
