I like real estate. I have developed 20+ subdivisions. We have built out 3 subdivision and a few other houses. I have been activity involved in our community. Have served on the Board of Greater Tacoma Community Foundation and chair the real estate committee. Have been on the board Harbor History Museum from 1997 to 2013. Was co-chairman of the Gig Harbor Lighthouse Association when we permited, built, installed and funded it. Now it is nearing it's 25th anniversary and the time capsules will be removed and "Next Generation" time capsules sold ... net proceed go to Harbor History Museum and The Boat Shop. I grew up on Gig Harbor Bay and live on the same property my parents bought in 1953. We bought the property from my Mom in 1982 and finished our "Beach Cabin" in 2004, designed by Olson Sundberg Kundig and Allen. Carole. my wife, and I were both licensed in 1967 and started working together when we open our "PenWest" office in 1977. In 1992 we merger with Purdy Realty to form "Realty One" which became a "Keller Williams" office in 1998. We joined Windermere in 2000. Have no retired plans as long as I continue help clients with their real estate needs and vacation/travel.
