Police investigating Madison brothers' deaths as homicides
Madison Police Capt. Joe Balles said police took David J. Hoem into custody Wednesday as a person of interest in the case. Hoem was dating the boys' mother and was in custody of the 3- and 4-year-old when they were last seen Tuesday afternoon.
