    The present invention is directed toward multilayer pressure-sensitive adhesive constructions with improved convertibility and aging. In one embodiment, the multilayer constructions have one layer formed of a first adhesive composition having a first glass transition temperature, and also having a tangent delta greater than about 0. 5 at 10 radians per second at 20Â C. , and a storage modulus greater than about 3Ã10 dynes/cm at 10 radians per second at 20Â C. At least a second adhesive layer is provided in the construction, the second adhesive layer comprising a second adhesive composition with a second glass transition temperature.

    The present invention relates to the present invention relates to a time indicating label comprising (a) a label substrate having a first and second surface, (b) an acid-base indicator composition, and (c) an activator composition, wherein one of (b) or (c) are on the first surface of the substrate and wherein (b) and (c) when brought in contact remain adhered. The label may have a pressure sensitive adhesive on the second surface of the label. The invention further relates to a method of using the time-temperature indicating label. The labels provide an effective means for determine the safety of frozen foods. The labels also provide a means of providing security by providing name badges that are time sensitive and may not be reused. The name badges provide a means to monitor the length of a visitor's time and prevents reusing the name badge.

    A cold stick pavement marking construction is provided which includes a top flexible layer and a lower adhesive layer for adhering the pavement marking construction to a pavement surface. The top layer includes thermoplastic elastomer, resin, wax and filler. The wax and resin are preferably at least partially miscible with the thermoplastic elastomer in order to prevent phase separation of the top layer. Optionally, the top layer of the pavement marking construction includes retroreflective elements for improved visibility, and skid-resistant particles for improved traction for both vehicles and pedestrians. Other ingredients in the top layer include liquid rubber, plasticizer and antioxidant.
