I am a las vegas real estate agent with over 15 years experience in real estate 1st as a mortgage broker /net branch owner and a real estate investor.i also started a foreclosure consulting firm in 1999 to help home owners who had equity in there homes but needed to sell quick to save the equity before the bank toke over title . we done that by having investor who wanted investment property at a great deal and put both parties together.I also liquidated investment property for investors some of them were getting older and had over 2000 rental properties and needed to liquidated there property to a manageable amount for there children and estate i became the person to come to in town,last i was a general contractor for 7 years on my own and since i was 10 years old with my father who was also a contractor. my company rehabbed property for the city block grant program for low income home owners we did every thing from roofing,replacing foundation ,pouring driveway electrical pluming etc.my experience will help any investor home owner and organization to make the right choices in this uncertain market
