I began my career as a Flight Attendant in 1980. Once our Flight Attendants voted in a Union in 1984, I served in numerous capacities that helped to expand my leadership and negotiation skills. In my positions held over the past thirty (30) years, I was the Master Executive Council President as well as a Local Council President. I have lobbied Congress, negotiated contracts, arbitrated grievance cases, enforce contract language, assisted my co-workers through the Employee Assistant Program and worked with CEO's and local management to better the working conditions for both the Company and my fellow Flight Attendants. My skills and experience through my Union Representation has enabled me to meet the challenges of today's complex Real Estate market that I serve now. My expertise and direct access to lenders, inspectors, appraisers and title insurance specialists, along with thirty plus years of customer service experience, helps me to work with my clients in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. I am affiliated with Smart Move that helps to assist Military Families in relocating, I have earned my SFR and my CSSA designations. I have been recognized through Long and Foster Real Estate Company for Achieving Membership in the Companies Director's Club and was selected to be a Silver Team Member for Outstanding Sales Performance. I am a wife, mother of two, and I enjoy gardening and warm sunny days on our sail boat.
