Abstract:

Loan guarantee or surety insurance processes and systems for use in a commercial loan arrangement between a borrower and a lender, in which the borrower is typically required to provide to the lender a personal guarantee of some or all of the amount of the commercial loan to obtain the loan, wherein loan guarantee insurance of an insured amount is calculated and provided, in exchange for payment of premiums, by a loan guarantee insurance provider or similar third party in order to replace some or all of the personal guarantee amount required of the borrower. The terms of the loan guarantee insurance is calculated and based on information about the commercial loan, the underlying project, the borrower, and other underwriting criteria.

The package door includes an input device for entering package information and an image capture device for visually recording the arrival of a courier. Based on the package information entered via the input device, the system determines whether the package information matches a predetermined value, such as a package tracking number. The system may automatically unlock the package door if the package information matches such predetermined value. In other embodiments, a user may remotely monitor the package information and/or information from the image capture device to determine whether to provide inputs for unlocking the package door. The system logs the package information received from the input device and the image capture device.

Abstract:

Systems and methods for providing insurance and reinsurance policies suitable for allocating a bundle(s) of warehoused risk and benefits for multi-year policies. The insurance originators present invention of the present invention offer an accumulated plurality of multi-year policies to reinsurers after an initial time period has elapsed. During the initial time period the insurance originators bear one-hundred percent of the risk while receiving one-hundred percent of the insurance premiums. After the initial time period the insurance originators share the risk and premiums with reinsurers on a pro-rata basis or disproportionate. Additionally, the present invention enables reinsurers the ability participate in one or a number of bundles of risks accumulated by the insurance company.
