I have been in real estate since July 2005. I began my career with Reece and Nichols in one of their Alliance (franchise) offices. That office was located in Odessa, MO and is owned by a wonderful couple who has been in the real estate business for over 30 years. They were truly gracious to a young lady who was new to this industry; and passed on a lot of knowledge. It did not take long for me to realize I had found a new passion by being in real estate. Primarily working in the Lafayette and Eastern Jackson county area; I gained experience Kansas City in the selling and buying of vacant land, small commercial properities, new construction, and of course single family resale.While at this office I obtained my brokers license and was the office manager for some time. In December of 2007 I joined Coldwell Banker Moffitt and Associates, and am based out of the Urban Living Center. Working with this company has the same family feeling I experienced with the office I started my career with. Being in a Downtown office is exciting and lively with First Fridays and other neighborhood events. My primary focus is the Downtown market, but I still love to venture out and about the city. In my time away from real estate I enjoy running and am very involved in the music program at the Cathedral of Immaculate Conception on 11th and Broadway.
