I was born in North Carolina and have lived in Florida for 16 years. After visiting Port Orange for more than 9 years, my family decided to call Port Orange home. My wife is a local photographer and we have a 7 year old daughter, a 3.5 year old son, and a one year old baby girl. This is my sixth year in Real Estate and what a great time to be in real estate. Five of those six years have been with Exit Realty of Daytona. My tenacity and drive kept me going in this challenging market along with support from family and friends. With 30 closings last year, the market has definitely made a turn for the better. I truly enjoy my job. Being able to help people sell or buy the biggest investment in their lives is a big deal. I was awarded 2009 Top Agent for my office. I work from Flagler Beach to New Smyrna Beach. Ormond Beach to Port Orange is my main area.
