Making lists of small improvements, assisting the owners to declutter and sometimes rearranging both inside and outside so that the final presentation is professional, eye catching and realistic. It's not just pricing the home correctly, but with a tasteful eye and some great shots, you can attract a lot more buyers to view your home. Buyers: Patience, honesty, listening skills and being able to be flexible in all situations have helped me in many deals.It can take time from the moment you decide you want to own to the moment to actually find something perfect.
