Steve is a Residential Real Estate Attorney with Rubenstein & Associates and helps people buy and sell homes throughout Massachusetts. By specializing in residential real estate transactions, Steve embodies the firm's motto of "do one thing and do it well". Steve represents buyers, sellers and lenders in all aspects of residential real estate transactions from offer to closing and, as an effective problem-solver and communicator, he has helped clients through short-sales, zoning violations, title problems, and warranty issues. Steve is a 2004 graduate of Boston College, where he double-majored in History and General Management, and a 2009 graduate of Suffolk University Law School. While in law school, Steve was selected to be a staff member of the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law where he published a student note entitled "Mental Health Treatment and the Criminal Justice System". Steve was later selected by his peers to be the Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Health & Biomedical Law where he oversaw the production of two editions and managed a staff of thirty. Prior to law school, Steve was a Claims Administrator with Sun Life Financial in Wellesley. Before joining Rubenstein & Associates, Steve was an In-House Attorney for a large construction company and managed a local political campaign. Steve has strong ties to the Metrowest area. He grew up in Medway and attended Medway High School. He is a Big Brother as part of the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Mass/Metrowest, has coached a local pee wee hockey team and is part of the Crossfit Framingham community. Steve presently lives in Natick with his wife, a child and family social worker, and their two English bulldogs, Bledsoe and Churchill.
