The present invention is directed to an agricultural composition comprising at least one agricultural chemical and at least one cellulose ether, wherein the cellulose ether is a nonionic methylethylhydroxyethyl cellulose (MEHEC) polymer. North Saskatchewan River water level rising, but not expected to cause significant damage
