Abstract:

A grounding connector for an electronic device having a first housing element and a second housing element comprising a ground clip, a cam surface and a follower. The ground clip is electrically coupled to a first housing element, and selectably electrically coupled with the second housing element. A cam surface is positioned on the first housing element and in proximity to the ground clip. The follower is slidably positionable on the second housing element, and has a first end that engages the cam surface and a second end that engages the ground clip. The ground clip is electrically coupled to a second housing element while the electronic device is in each of the collapsed orientation and the articulated orientation. Upon movement between the collapsed orientation and the articulated orientation, the cam surface directs the follower to electrically decouple the ground clip from the second housing element.

Abstract:

A device for collecting urine discharged from a body of a user includes a fluid collection assembly having at least one layer for drawing urine discharged from the body into an interior cavity, an external covering that covers a portion of the at least one layer, and at least one fenestration for receiving urine, wherein the fenestration is a portion of the fluid collection assembly that is uncovered by the external covering. The device further includes a cap enclosing a first end of the assembly, a tube having a first end in fluid communication with the cap, and a shape retaining element configured to conform the assembly to a curved configuration and maintain the curved configuration until the configuration is adjusted. The assembly is configured to be disposed against the body of the user, with the at least one fenestration in operative relation with a urethral opening of the user.

Abstract:

A device includes a liquid crystal display panel, a compression pad, and a bottom chassis. The bottom chassis supports the liquid crystal display panel. The compression pad has a first surface facing the liquid crystal display panel and a second surface opposite the first surface. The second surface faces away from the liquid crystal display panel. The compression pad substantially fills a volume between the liquid crystal display panel and the bottom chassis. Also, a method of assembling a device includes providing a liquid crystal display panel having a display module reflector, aligning a compression pad assembly with the liquid crystal display panel, and removing a compression pad liner from the compression pad. The compression pad assembly includes the compression pad and the compression pad liner.

A shield () is disposed on the substrate, thereby enclosing the heat emissive electrical component. A display assembly () is disposed above the shield. A compressible pad () is disposed between the shield and the display assembly. The compressible pad defines an aperture () above the heat emissive electrical component.
